If
you choose to make payment with your VISA
or Master credit card, please go to the mainpage
of www.nature-travel.org after you received
the confirmation of your booking

Click
the orchid beside the Online
Payment button. Please enter the 7-digit
Booking Number in the first line and add
a "1" as the 8th digit for your advance
payment. If this is the second payment for
the remaining amount of your booking, please
add a "2" as the 8th digit to your Booking
Number. Then fill in your e-mail address
and the amount to be paid in Thai Baht.

You
are then transferred directly to the secured
payment form of the Bangkok Bank,
where your credit card details will be asked.
These data go directly to the bank and are
not accessible for us or anybody else.

|
|
On
receipt of your payment, South Orchid will
mail, fax or e-mail the vouchers for hotel
accommodation and requested transfers as per
the value of your payment to you immediately.
|
|
|
The
final balance for all services requested must
be received 7 (seven) days prior to arrival.

For
VISA and Master
credit cards, only online payment is possible.

|
If
you want to make payment with your American
Express card, we will e-mail our "Credit Card
Authorisation" form together with the confirmation
of your booking. Please fill in all required

your reservation is some time in advance,
you can also return the form by air
mail to South Orchid, P.O. Box 267,
Phuket 83000, THAILAND. Air mail letters
normally reach us within one week. |

both cases, it is not necessary to send additional
papers, the "Credit Card Authorisation" form
is sufficient. On receipt South Orchid will
mail, fax or e-mail the necessary vouchers
to you immediately.

The
final balance for all services requested must

If
you want to make payment from your PayPal
account, or using your credit card via PayPal,
please go to the mainpage of www.nature-travel.org
after you received the confirmation of your
booking

Click
the orchid beside the PayPal button in and
send us a confirmation that you are prepared
to pay the amount shown in the confirmation.
We will then send a "Request Money" showing
this amount to your e-mail address, so you
can arrange payment via PayPal.

|
On
receipt of your payment, South Orchid will
mail, fax or e-mail the vouchers for hotel
accommodation and requested transfers as per
the value of your payment to you immediately.
|
|
|
The
final balance for all services requested must
be received 7 (seven) days prior to arrival.

D.
|
Should
you prefer to pay by bank remittance, please
advise your bank to send the payment by SWIFT
to the account mentioned in the confirmation.
Please make sure that the costs of the remittance
are paid on your side, this is not our responsibility.

As
banks in Thailand are not able, to provide
any information about the sender of incoming
payments (domestic
and overseas), we have to request a copy of
your signed and stamped remittance order to
be sent to us by fax or mail. This is your
responsibility, otherwise we do not know,
from whom we received payment and might cancel
your booking.

|
|
Payments,
that are not accompanied by a copy of the
remittance order are treated as unpaid bookings,
because we cannot find out, who sent this
amount to our account.

Sorry,
we cannot accept any booking for the period
between 20 December to 10 January, as this
is a very busy period and guides are fully
occupied by their duties on Phuket Island.

F.
|
Should
you have to cancel a booking due to unforeseen
circumstances more than 14 days prior to your
tour commencement, we will refund payments
made by deducting the costs for the remittance
to your account.
Should you have to cancel a booking less than
14 days prior to your tour commencement, we
regret, but your deposit of 25% will be forfeited.
Additional payments made already, will be
refunded by deducting the costs for the remittance
to your account.
